Sarah Turner is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Manning & Napier where she oversees both the legal and compliance functions of the Firm. Sarah also serves as the Chief Legal Officer of the Manning & Napier Fund, Inc.

She originally joined the Firm as legal counsel in 2010. Her prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Real Estate practice group at Mayer Brown LLP, and later acting as Counsel in the Securities and Capital Markets practice group at Harter Secrest & Emery.

Sarah earned her BA in Political Science from Allegheny College and her Juris Doctor (JD) from Fordham University School of Law.
