Jennifer Milberger is Vice President of Wealth Initiatives at Manning & Napier. Jenn joined the firm in 2026 and is based in St. Petersburg, Florida. In her role, she works across the Wealth Management business to turn strategic priorities into coordinated action – building the operational foundation that supports how we serve clients and grow as a firm. Jenn has a strong background in risk management, operations, and cross-functional execution, with experience spanning financial services, energy, and early-stage ventures.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys cooking and is an avid reader. She also loves traveling with her family, and they share a goal of visiting a new destination every year! She holds a B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida.
