Karen Zugibe has been a member of the Manning & Napier team since 2006, and serves in dual roles as Vice President, Corporate Secretary & AML/BSA Compliance Officer of Exeter Trust Company and Trust Compliance & Service Manager at Manning & Napier. Over the course of her tenure, she has contributed across a wide range of disciplines, including performance and reconciliation, and compliance within RIA, mutual fund, NFA, broker-dealer, and Canadian regulatory frameworks. In her current tole, she is focused on regulated trust company compliance, governance and service, as well as privacy, anti-money laundering, and identity theft prevention. She also administers the firm's Medallion Signature Guarantee program.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys cooking, attending concerts, golfing, and spending time with her husband, daughter, stepson, and extended circle of family and friends. She had served on her neighborhood's HOA board and is actively involved in her daughter's athletic programs.
Karen earned a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Cortland and an MBA in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds her Series 6, 26, and 63 licenses.
