Executive Administrative Assistant

Rainier | Seattle, WA | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an individual to join Manning & Napier’s Administration team to support the Rainier facility and executive team, as well as client administrative functions. This individual assists the Seattle operations team and ensures collaboration with the Manning & Napier Rochester office. This role ensures that the day-to-day operations of the office support Rainier’s business strategy and goals.

Rainier and Manning & Napier work together to provide clients with supervisor service while managing their assets in mutual funds, collective investment trusts, institutional separate client accounts, and sub-advised separate accounts. This position is based in Seattle, Washington


  • Front Desk Support
  • Oversite of the office space including office moves, supplies, and assist with vendor management
  • Support the Seattle Research and Sales teams including personal trades, expense reports, foreign travel arrangements, etc.
  • Manage general correspondence and mailings
  • Serve as the liaison between the Seattle and Rochester offices and ensure collaboration between key employees in both offices
  • Assist Compliance Department as needed
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 + years’ administrative experience; investment industry experience preferredExperience with foreign travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with a team to accomplish business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
