401(k) Retirement and Profit Sharing Plan

Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following their hire date. After one year Manning & Napier will match 50% of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 2% bi-weekly pay.

Health and Fitness Reimbursement

Employees are reimbursed 50% of the cost of a single fitness club membership.

Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays

Paid vacation is based on years of service as outlined in the employee manual and during employee orientation. Employees also receive nine paid holidays which coincide with dates that the New York Stock Exchange is closed.

Candidates for our Growth Team begin their career in Investment Operations. This is an excellent first step that will help you learn the many facets of the investment industry. In fact, several of Manning & Napier’s current owners started their careers on the Growth Team.

Manning & Napier Scholarship Program

Manning & Napier is proud to support academic excellence. To that end, we have developed the Manning & Napier Scholarship Program which is open to high school seniors in the Greater Rochester, NY area who have met high standards of academic achievement.

Applicants must plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited four-year college or university. The program awards one $8,000 and two $1,000 scholarships annually.

These scholarships are renewable for up to three years or until a bachelor's degree is earned, whichever occurs first, provided recipients meet eligibility requirements.
