The firm will remain open and our day-to-day operations will continue; however, out of precaution, we have moved to a reduced onsite workforce with the majority of our employees working remotely. Any internal meetings will be held virtually. Our staff remains accessible, and our goal is to minimize the disruption to our clients while supporting the health and safety of our communities.

You can always reach your service team via email or phone. You may also use our contact form, and we will direct your request to the appropriate person. In the event you leave a voicemail, please be assured that we are continuously monitoring our voicemail boxes and will respond to you quickly.

Yes. All account service requests such as contributions, withdrawals, address changes, etc., remain fully available to you. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible in order for us to meet your needs.

To support the health and safety of our communities, we are holding phone or video meetings in place of face-to-face meetings with clients & partners and are asking clients, partners, and vendors not to come into our offices at this time. If you have a meeting already scheduled and would prefer to reschedule rather than meet virtually, we would be happy to accommodate your needs once public health social distancing restrictions are lifted.

Data is updated on the 8th of the month. Download this guide to help you complete the registration process so you can securely view your account information online.
