The firm will remain open and our day-to-day operations will continue. We have moved to a hybrid workforce, with some of our employees working remotely and some working in the office. Our staff remains accessible, and our goal is to minimize the disruption to our clients while supporting the health and safety of our communities.

Yes. All account service requests such as contributions, withdrawals, address changes, etc., remain fully available to you. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible in order for us to meet your needs.

Our office building is open for visitors/vendors, effective October 4th. However, to support the health and safety of our communities, we are continuing to offer phone or video meetings for clients & partners who prefer not to meet in person. We are following all local and CDC guidelines in order to keep employees, clients, and visitors safe.

Yes. Registering for secure online account access gives you direct access to view your portfolio's current market value, performance reports, asset allocation, holdings, and asset flow as of month, quarter, and year-end. Data is updated on the 8th of the month.

If you're a Financial Advisor, please contact your service team or call us at (800) 551-0224 to request access to our secure site. Mutual fund shareholders can register for access to their accounts at our transfer agent site managed by BNY Mellon, Inc.
